5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. joya 77 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for that week. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Level changes are based on a member's activity and participation on the platform.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on joya 77. Violating these rules may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through an account.
• Using bots, automated software or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of games.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
